Our Story: From Vision to Legacy

The Beginning (1958) – It all started with Warren W. Cobb, Sr., a passionate boater who saw potential where others saw just a fish camp. In what was then Princess Anne County, Warren purchased a piece of waterfront property with a bold vision: create a marina that would serve the growing boating community while honoring his deep love for the water.

Working side by side with his son Warren Jr., they built something special – not just a business, but a cornerstone of the Ocean View community that would stand the test of time.

The Legacy Continues

Today, over six decades later, the Cobb family tradition lives on through Peggy and John, who serve as managing partners. They didn’t just inherit a business; they inherited a philosophy built on integrity, dedication, and genuine care for every boater who walks through our doors.
